Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Electronics must be untouched and sealed in their original packaging.
- Sale items and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to our return address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. In cases where we made a mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
